Owner-operated 4 star luxury catered chalet at 2050m in Belle Plagne, sleeps 14-22.

Chalet Chardon is a chalet-apartment on 1 level, with a spacious open plan living area with warming log fire, seven bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi baths, and direct access to the piste, with skiing/snowboarding back to the chalet possible throughout the season due to the high elevation of 2050m.

Chalet Chardon was created using the traditional Savoyard style of construction with stone and timber - providing accommodation with character, as well as rooms with excellent facilities.

The chalet has an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area, with 4 large sofas, log fire, Cable TV, video, Hi-Fi, DVD, boardgames, and access to balconies with excellent views over the piste, and the sunset over the Tarentaise valley in the evenings. There are seven bedrooms - all twins, with ensuite bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths; all except one has access to a balcony, and additional single mattresses can be added to 3 of the bedrooms to accommodate up to 17 people in total, plus infants in cots.

For larger groups, an additional chalet apartment - with the same high level of specification and 1 or 3 twin rooms, can be made available to cater for around 22 guests. Everyone can come together for meals in Chalet Chardon.

Chalet Chardon can be booked on a bedroom by bedroom basis, or by groups. Included with the 7 nights accommodation is 7 days breakfast; 6 days afternoon tea and dinner with wine (staff have 1 day off); all linen, bath and hand towels and servicing of the rooms.

With a combined experience of 18 seasons running Chalets in the Alps (11 in La Plagne), Clair and Phil have developed a reputation for producing a varied and exciting menu of excellent food.

Clair supplements her Chalet experience in the winter with summer employment as a chef in some of the best restaurants in Edinburgh - including Mal Maison (French Bistro) and Henderson's (Edinburgh's best known Vegetarian / Vegan restaurant).

Chalet Chardon is located right by the blue Inversins piste that joins Belle Plagne and Plagne Bellecote. Access to the piste is directly from the ski/snowboard storage room, and skiing/snowboarding back to the chalet is possible throughout the season due to the high elevation of 2050m.
