Traditional Savoyard chalet/farmhouse dating from 1847 which has been restored and modern amenities installed whilst keeping its character intact. It is situated at an altutude of 800 meters in a tranquil and charming Alpine hamlet midway between Morzine and Thonon-les Bains. From its windows there are panoramic views across to Mount Hermone and as far as the Swiss Jura.

The living area is on three floors and represents as much as 100 square meters of space. The most important room is the large kitchen/lounge on the second floor with original beams, pine-parquet floor, wooden ceilings, white walls and a cosy wood-burning stove. A French window opens onto a balcony for meals outside and sunbathing. The five bedrooms consist of three doubles, a twin and a single. The bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a shower room with washbasin and WC. Cars can be parked in the small square below the house.
