This penthouse apartment is on two levels. The entrance leads to the fully fitted kitchen/dining room. C/W oven, hob, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc. The table is big enough to seat eight adults comfortably. The lounge adjoins in an L-shape, where there are sofas, television, video / dvd player, satellite, CD player, board games and a selection of videos - everything you need to relax and feel at home. A door from the lounge leads out to a balcony.
The first of the bedrooms on this floor has a double bed with an en-suite shower, washbasin and a toilet just outside the bedroom. This room enjoys lovely mountain views and also has a balcony.
The second bedroom has four bunk beds with drawers under the beds for storage. Outside the bedroom is the second bathroom. With bath (shower over), washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs is the third bedroom with double bed, a large wardrobe and several chests of drawers. The third shower room is also on this floor, with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The Paquis and Chaudanne lifts are a short ski away, down a gentle path giving access to the whole skiing area of Tignes/Val d'Isere and you can ski back to within 75 metres of the front door.
Close to all amenities - supermarket, bakery, ski hire, bars, restaurants, lifts, nursery slopes, lift pass office and with a 24 hour free bus stop just across the road, these apartments are in the ideal location |

Tignes is one of the largest and most convenient of the purpose-built ski resorts in France. The high altitude (2100 metres) and excellent snow record make it an ideal location for ski and snowboarding fanatics the world over. There are three high altitude villages in Tignes: Le Lavachet, Le Lac and Val Claret, all linked by free buses 24 hours a day.
The skiing and snowboarding stretches from the highest lift on La Grand Motte at 3456 metres down to the villages of Le Fornet (1930 metres) and Les Brevieres (1550 metres) at either end of the ski area. The combined ski area of Tignes and Val d'Isere (the famous L' Espace Killy) have long been recognised as offering some of the very best skiing and boarding in the world. | |
