The accommodation is also on two levels. The entrance with shoe rack and coat pegs opens out into a large lounge/dining area with an open plan type kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, grill, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, etc....
There is a very large dining table, which enjoys lovely mountain views through the doors leading onto a large private balcony, a great place to catch some rays. In the lounge area, there are sofas, C.D. player, board games, T.V., DVD / Video player and a selection of videos. Also on this level is a twin bedroom, a bath/shower room and a separate W.C.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one twin and the other with two sets of bunk beds and another bathroom with basin and W.C.
Extra sleeping is available on the double sofa bed in the lounge. |

Tignes is one of the largest and most convenient of the purpose-built ski resorts in France. The high altitude (2100 metres) and excellent snow record make it an ideal location for ski and snowboarding fanatics the world over. There are three high altitude villages in Tignes: Le Lavachet, Le Lac and Val Claret, all linked by free buses 24 hours a day.
The skiing and snowboarding stretches from the highest lift on La Grand Motte at 3456 metres down to the villages of Le Fornet (1930 metres) and Les Brevieres (1550 metres) at either end of the ski area. The combined ski area of Tignes and Val d'Isere (the famous L' Espace Killy) have long been recognised as offering some of the very best skiing and boarding in the world. | |
